Eligibility: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field; 10+ years in entertainment or lifestyle brand marketing, preferably with experience in film/series campaigns.
Role Overview:
As a Creative Marketing Lead, you will design, execute, and manage 360° integrated campaigns for original films and series, driving conversation, buzz, and fandom in India. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, media strategy, and stakeholder management—working across internal teams, talent, and external agencies to deliver world-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end 360° campaigns for films and series, from strategy to execution and performance analysis.
- Build and deliver creative strategy, title positioning, campaign architecture, and asset development (trailers, AV, digital, print, OOH, social, activations).
- Develop and execute media strategy across print, digital, OOH, television, and social platforms.
- Partner with creative and media agencies to deliver innovative, impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Brand, Social, PR, Comms, Partnerships, Product) to ensure alignment and ownership of campaigns.
- Manage marketing shoots, budgets, talent coordination, and agency relationships.
- Inspire, challenge, and align stakeholders to deliver breakthrough marketing experiences.
- Apply data-driven insights and media analytics to test, optimize, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in entertainment, studios, networks, or premium consumer brands (agency/entertainment experience preferred).
- Proven track record of launching world-class campaigns that spark cultural conversations.
- Expertise in media planning & strategy across multiple channels (TV, print, OOH, social, digital).
- Strong creative vision balanced with data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of Indian and global pop culture and a passion for entertainment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and curiosity.
