Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet business needs. This role involves both sourcing and full-cycle recruitment — from candidate generation to offer closure — while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong collaboration with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from screening to offer closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess skills, fit, and motivation.
- Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and hiring process improvements.
