Job Title: Director, Growth Data Engineering

Salary: $610K – $1.87M (Salary + Stock Options)

Eligibility: Proven experience in data engineering leadership, distributed systems, real-time apps, mentoring & hiring diverse teams

Role Overview: Lead engineering teams building large-scale data pipelines/services with Spark, Flink & distributed systems. Partner cross-functionally to drive ML, experimentation, analytics, growth strategies & customer experience improvements.

• Drive technical + business priorities & roadmaps

• Growth domain experience: pricing, identity, payments, partnerships (plus)
