Key Responsibilities: Develop customized ITSM and EX strategies, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, create value-driven presentations, and collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams for seamless customer experiences. Skills and Qualifications: Strong solution selling and pipeline management skills. Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, ITSM, and advanced EX solutions. Analytical, collaborative, and persistent with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
