Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for business and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will partner with key stakeholders, optimize recruitment processes, and drive employer branding and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs on hiring strategy
• Use data/analytics to anticipate and address hiring challenges
• Drive employee referral programs and enhance candidate experience
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and KPI reports
• Lead a recruitment unit and ensure SLA adherence

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in business hiring and corporate recruitment
• Hands-on sourcing using job portals, social media, HR tech tools
• Knowledge of selection methodologies and recruiting best practices
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
