Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while supporting broader HR functions and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates based on business needs
• Schedule interviews and brief candidates
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Drive the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain data and reports via MIS
• Assist in other HR-related activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA in HR (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Go-getter attitude and ability to work independently
• Proficient in stakeholder management and data handling
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
