Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations & Production, this role is responsible for leading the operational strategy for UCAN Drama & Genre Series Marketing. The Marketing Operations Lead will manage a team of Operations Managers overseeing end-to-end project management, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver thousands of marketing assets annually. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership to drive scale, efficiency, and creative quality across Netflix’s marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: Lead and scale marketing operations for UCAN Drama & Genre Series, managing end-to-end creative production, cross-functional campaigns, budgets, and resource planning while driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and team growth.

Qualifications: 10+ years in marketing, creative operations, or project management in entertainment/media, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing high-volume campaigns, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in operational strategy and team development.
